1. I choose this one as a example because of the fact that the artist is acting and performing at the same time but is also interacting with the actress in the video. The story also allows the audience to see him but the character can not see him, the editing makes sure that this is clear to us and not confusing by doing some shots of him there and some of him not there. This is what our video is going to be like with the editing hopefully. =)
2. I thought that this was quite inspirational and shows a clear storyline of a young troubled homeless girl. I think this relates to our video since we are showing real life issues that are happening at this moment. The mise-en-scene is quite similar with the park scenes and road scenes.
3. I choose this video because of the mise-n-scene, its quite posh which we want to capture for our video when our character is in her wealthy house, as well as the her style and look. I also noticed that there is a fast jump shot edit with her moving to different position's on the sofa, this is what we want to try and do when our character is on the park bench. There is also allot of slow panning motion shots which really works well with a slow song.
